Send invoices. Know who has paid and who has not.
Ledgerpine is a small invoicing tool for one-person shops and small agencies. It tracks invoice status — draft, sent, paid, overdue — and keeps a running total of what you are owed. It does not move money: you record a payment after it lands in your account.
Invoices
Click any invoice to see its line items. Drafts can be sent; sent and overdue invoices can be marked paid once the money arrives.
New invoice
Saved as a draft. Nothing goes out until you open the draft and send it.
How it works
Draft it
Add the client, the work you did, and a due date. The total is computed for you. Drafts sit in your list until you decide to send.
Send it
Sending marks the invoice as out the door. In a production build this step emails a PDF to the client; the demo tracks the status change.
Record the payment
When the transfer or check arrives, mark the invoice paid. Anything past its due date is flagged overdue automatically — no separate step.
